* List of ingredients:

1lb boneless, skinless chicken breast

2 c. rice flour (I used brown rice)

°1 cream mushroom soup can

°1 cream chicken soup box

°1 water can

1 tablespoon butter

1 tsp Lipton Onion Soup Mix

* Follow these steps:

1 tbsp. butter, melted, baking tray 9 * 13

Combine cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, 1 can of water, and rice flour in a medium mixing bowl.

Place the mixture in a greased mixing bowl.

On top of the mixture, place the chicken breasts.

Evenly distribute the Lipton Onion Soup over the chicken breasts.

Cover the tray with foil and place it in a 350°F preheated oven.

Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
