You'll need:


°14 eggs, cooked to perfection.

°A half-cup of mayonnaise

°Half a cup soured cream

1 and 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

°Half a teaspoon of ground black pepper

14 cup cooked bacon, shredded

°1 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 tbsp chives or green onions, chopped


How do you:


After cutting the eggs in half lengthwise, transfer the yolks to a medium-sized bowl. 4 white halves, finely chopped

Mash the yolks, then stir in the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, and pepper. Blend in the chopped egg whites, bacon, cheese, and chives.

1 tablespoon of the yolk mixture should be poured into each of the 24 white halves.

Refrigerate it after covering it with plastic wrap.

Very simple, quick, and delicious! It doesn't hurt to give it a shot! Especially since it is so simple to make and takes so little time! My kids adore them, and I'm sure yours will as well!
