Crispy fried chicken baked in the oven (no frying pan required and simple to make!)


°4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, divided into 3 pieces (12 pieces)

°5 tbsp. melted butter

°1 cup flour (250 mL)

°1 tbsp. seasoning salt

1 teaspoon salt

°1/2 teaspoon black pepper

°2 teaspoons paprika dulce


Preheat the oven to 200°C and place the butter on a large baking sheet in the center of the oven until it melts. When it has melted, remove it from the oven and place it in a large ziplock bag. Combine the flour, two pinches of pepper, and the paprika in a mixing bowl. Add 3 chicken pieces at a time to the bag and shake well to coat the marinated chicken pieces. Place the chicken pieces on top of the baking sheet, leaving plenty of space between each piece. On one side, bake for 11 to 13 minutes. Then turn it over and cook for 10 to 12 minutes on the other side.
