What you'll need:

2 cups corn flour

°Flour: 1/2 cup

°Add salt to taste

°Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon sweet pepper

1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

°1 tablespoon garlic powder

°1 tablespoon onion powder

°Lobster tails: 4 lbs (cleaned in the shell)

°Oil: 2 tbsp * for frying

Let's get started:

1. To begin, combine the cornmeal, flour, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a gallon-size zip bag and shake well.

2. Next, clean the lobster tails while keeping the tail in the shell and set them aside.

3. Next, heat a deep fryer or a large deep fryer, such as a cast iron skillet, in vegetable oil (the oil should reach 365 degrees).

4. Place half of the tails of the lobsters in the bag. Always shake the bottle vigorously until the tail is completely covered. So, remove the tails and place them on a rack over a tray to catch any drips and keep the work area clean. And, yes, continue with the remaining tails.

5. Finally, fry the lobster tails in the oil one at a time until they turn light brown, about 4 minutes. Please allow the fried tails to dry on paper towels.

Have fun!
