Oven-baked meals are always the best!


*You will require:


4 finely diced sweet potatoes

°4 boneless pork chops

1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix

°1 tin mushroom cream

°A half-cup of milk

°Salt and pepper to taste.


How do you:


Brown the pork chops in a saucepan with half a cup of oil, then drain the fat.


Arrange the potato slices evenly in a medium casserole dish, followed by a layer of ham slices.

Bring onion soup mixture, cream of mushroom soup, and milk to a boil, then pour over casserole to coat.

Bake for an hour at 350°F in a preheated oven.
