I'm starting to realize how much I love brownies! I wanted to revisit this American classic by "updating" it and making it even more delicious, as I did with the Oreos cake recipe. What could be better for this purpose than Snickers? Chocolate, peanut butter, and caramel... the ideal combination! The smooth "fudge" texture is quite appealing: it makes this cake irresistible and addictive... On the other hand, say goodbye to the diet!


Ingredients include:


°80 g of flour


Brown cane sugar (70 gm)


Snickers bars °6


°three eggs


°200 gm bittersweet chocolate


°115 g semi-sweetened butter


1 pound of chocolate chips (or chips)


°1 tbsp. liquid vanilla


Peanut Butter °


Getting Ready:


The first step

Preheat the oven to 160°C/hot air setting.

Line a rectangular or square baking tray with baking paper.


The following step is

Melt the chopped chocolate and butter in a salad bowl over a double boiler or in the microwave.

Once dissolved, combine the ingredients.

Mix in the sugar and vanilla extract. muddle

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well between each one.


After that, stir in the sifted flour and chocolate chips (or chips). muddle


Step three

Half of the preparation should be poured into the mold.

Place the snickers on the plate.

Then apply the rest of the lotion to it. smooth.


4th step

35 minutes in the oven (45 minutes for a less melty texture).

When the cake is cool enough to handle, remove it from the mold and cut it into squares.

For a few seconds, heat the peanut butter.

Dip a spoon in it and pour it over the brownies until they are lined up.
